Inwood Canoe Club and Word Up are recruiting volunteers to clean up our beloved Hudson River shoreline. We'll be collecting trash to keep our waterfront community clean. Trash bags, latex gloves, and grabbers will be provided. Feel free to bring your own work gloves and water bottle. Join us for a discussion of Lenape history and culture followed by an open conversation and light refreshments. Learn more about the Inwood Canoe Club and socialize over a potluck dinner! This event is for people interested in becoming members of Inwood Canoe Club.  Get to know current members while enjoying views of the beautiful Hudson River. Please bring a dish to share.  It could be simple or fancy, homemade or store bought- that's up to you!  We don't know what's on the menu because this event is entirely potluck.  (No need to bring plates or glasses- we've got that covered.)
