Practice paddling with an instructor from the Inwood Canoe Club. Learn a bit about the environment and get more time in a boat practicing how to move forward, turn, and maneuver. Bring water, sunscreen, and clothing & footwear that can get wet.
To ensure the health and safety of our guests and members, all participants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (final vaccination at least 14 days prior). Face coverings are required inside the boathouse.
This free class is for adults ages 18 and up. Be sure to complete your 2022 season waiver at least 24 hours before you arrive at the boathouse.
